In a pot, boil the peeled raw mangoes with enough water for 10–12 minutes until soft. Let them cool.

Once cooled, squeeze or scoop out the soft mango pulp into a bowl. Discard the seed.

In a blender, add mango pulp, jaggery, roasted cumin, black salt, regular salt, and mint leaves. Blend until smooth.

Pour the blended concentrate into a jug. Add 2 cups of chilled water and mix well.
