Blend with Spices
In a blender, add mango pulp, jaggery, roasted cumin, black salt, regular salt, and mint leaves. Blend until smooth.
4 Dilute and Mix
Pour the blended concentrate into a jug. Add 2 cups of chilled water and mix well.
5 Serve Cold
Pour into glasses over ice cubes. Garnish with mint leaves or a pinch of cumin powder.
